Little Tree Confections is a growing bakery with teams across production, marketing, retail, logistics, and leadership. We built an n8n automation that reads every Fireflies meeting transcript. It refines the transcript with AI, then creates ClickUp tasks and Notion docs for each department. It captures action items within minutes of a call. Each one routes to the right department without manual handoff.

Fireflies recorded every meeting, but the transcripts were rarely read.
Action items stayed buried in transcripts and never reached ClickUp.
