What we collect
- Contact details you send us: name, email, company and your message, when you use a form on this site.
- Booking details: when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and chosen time.
- Usage data: pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through analytics when you consent.
- Campaign data: if you arrive from an ad or a link, we store the campaign parameters in a first-party cookie so we know which channel brought you.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply and to scope the work you asked about. We use usage and campaign data to see which pages and channels bring visitors, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we only email you about things you asked for.
Cookies and consent
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use analytics and advertising storage. Nothing beyond essential storage is used until you agree. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Who processes it for us
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, for site analytics and ad measurement.
- Calendly, for call scheduling, under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Our customer relationship system, where enquiries are stored so we can follow up.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may work together, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in each provider's settings.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@hashlogics.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, these rights follow the GDPR.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page rather than announced elsewhere.
