Overview

Go4Gr8 gives executives AI sparring partners that help them think through hard decisions, commit to action, and stay accountable. The client had outgrown TypingMind Custom. It had no multi-org model and needed hours of manual setup per user. If your own product has hit that same ceiling, this is the fix. A custom multi-tenant platform that onboards a new user in under 15 minutes and runs enterprise pilots on AWS.

The challenge

The problem we set out to solve.

01

TypingMind Custom had no multi-organization model, so a B2B product could not run on it.

02

Every new user and agent took more than two hours to set up by hand.

03

There was no automated commitment tracking or lifecycle workflow.

04

Analytics and product visibility were limited, which made pilots hard to sell.

What success needed to look like

  • Sell and onboard whole organizations, not just individual users.
  • Get a new user active in minutes instead of the 2+ hours manual setup took.
  • Track every leadership commitment automatically, with no manual follow-up.
  • Give the team visibility into engagement and product usage as pilots scale.
Our approach

How we delivered it.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Mapped the way TypingMind Custom handled users, agents, and orgs. Manual provisioning and missing multi-tenancy blocked every enterprise pilot.

  2. 02

    Design

Designed the multi-tenant org model with roles and invites. Every user gets dedicated AI agents across the Compass, Strategic, and Influence types.

  3. 03

    Build

A senior pod built the FastAPI and React platform on AWS: org onboarding, WebSocket real-time chat, MCP-based commitment tracking, and admin dashboards.

  4. 04

    Launch

Moved the workflow off TypingMind onto the new MVP. JWT auth, SendGrid onboarding emails, and CI/CD were in place for enterprise pilots.

  5. 05

    Run

Kept refining onboarding and engagement flows as pilot orgs came on board. Admin dashboards show usage as it happens.

The solution

What we built.

The custom MVP replaces the no-code setup with a multi-tenant platform. Each org manages its own users, roles, and invites. Every person gets dedicated AI agents. Onboarding emails, nudges, and commitment tracking run with no manual work, so if you are picturing this for your own team, the setup step disappears. A new user is active in under 15 minutes. Real-time chat, admin dashboards, and AWS infrastructure with CI/CD give the client a clear path to enterprise pilots and future analytics.

One org, dedicated agents, tracked commitmentsLive
  1. InviteAn admin invites executives into the org on FastAPI.
  2. ProvisionEach user gets Compass, Strategic, and Influence agents automatically.
  3. CoachReact client holds real-time sessions over WebSockets.
  4. TrackMCP tools log every commitment the user makes.
  5. NudgeSendGrid follows up so commitments do not go cold.

Provisioning used to take hours per person by hand. Automating it is what gets a new user active in under 15 minutes.

The takeaway

Moving off a no-code AI tool is bigger than the chatbot. The real work is the multi-tenant plumbing that turns a good idea into a sellable product. Your own AI pilot will need the same plumbing before you can sell it to more than one org.
