Overview

Maidily is software for home cleaning and maid services. An Atlanta cleaning-business owner built it. He was tired of tools that cost too much and did too much. He wanted one made for the trade. Hashlogics helped build a platform that brings scheduling, CRM, invoicing, payments, and messaging into one place.

The challenge

The problem we set out to solve.

01

Manual scheduling caused errors, missed cleanings, and cascading delays.

02

Calls and emails were easy to lose, leading to no-shows and scattered customer data.

03

Hand-built invoicing was slow and error-prone, which held up cash flow.

What success needed to look like

  • Stop scheduling errors and missed cleanings caused by manual coordination.
  • Keep every customer conversation in one place instead of scattered calls and emails.
  • Get invoices out and paid faster without chasing payments by hand.
  • Give small cleaning businesses software built for their industry, not a bloated generic tool.
Our approach

How we delivered it.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Looked at how cleaning businesses schedule jobs, bill clients and keep in touch. Found where generic software cost too much or asked too much.

  2. 02

    Design

Designed the scheduling command center around a visual drag-and-drop calendar, GPS routing, and automated recurring appointments.

  3. 03

    Build

Built the CRM, invoicing, and communication tools on a cloud-native, mobile-first platform, wiring in Stripe, Square, Twilio, and QuickBooks.

  4. 04

    Launch

Shipped 24/7 online booking with branded forms alongside one-click invoicing so operators could go live without changing how they worked.

  5. 05

    Run

Kept adding integrations as more cleaning businesses joined. Zapier alone opened up over 5,000 apps.

The solution

What we built.

We helped build Maidily. It is software for cleaning companies, designed by someone who ran one. Scheduling, CRM, invoicing, payments and messaging sit in one place. A drag-and-drop calendar handles one-click team assignments, GPS routing, and recurring jobs. Customers book 24/7 through branded forms, pay online, and get automatic reminders, so teams spend less time on admin and more time cleaning.

How a booking moves through MaidilyLive
  1. BookCustomer books 24/7 through a branded online form.
  2. RouteDrag-and-drop calendar assigns the job with GPS routing.
  3. RemindAutomatic SMS and email reminders go out before the visit.
  4. InvoiceOne-click invoicing fires the moment the job is marked done.
  5. CollectStripe or Square takes payment without a phone call.

If you run this by phone and spreadsheet today, this is the part that disappears first.

The takeaway

The hard part was not the calendar. It was travel-time-aware routing that held up once real crews, real traffic and real cancellations hit it. Cleaning businesses do not need enterprise software. They need software built for how they work. That is what we built.

Let’s deploy working AI into your business.

We build AI agents and automation, ship them into the tools you already run, then stay on under an agreed service level. A senior engineer reads every brief, and your call gets scheduled within 24 hours.

What happens next

  1. 01

You send a brief or book a call

    Two minutes, whichever you prefer.

  2. 02

A senior engineer replies within 24 hours

    Not a sales rep.

  3. 03

    Honest scoping, in writing

And if we’re not the right fit, we say so.

“I started Hashlogics because too many teams ship a demo, get paid, and disappear. We build to a standard we’d run ourselves — and we stay to keep it running.”
