Diagnose
Walked the full premium-audit lifecycle: scheduling, data collection, report writing. Spreadsheets and email were slowing every step down.

The hard part was one record, three roles. A carrier, an auditor, and a policyholder all needed the same audit, but never each other's private data. We built role-based access control around a single shared record instead of separate databases per role.

Built the platform on Bubble.io. The Claude.ai API parses documents, checks data, and writes reports.

Launch
Shipped scheduling, alerts, and the auditor workstation together. Field audits and office reports ran on the same system from day one.

It digitizes the whole audit lifecycle in one platform: scheduling, document intake, data extraction, report writing, and review. Each role gets its own dashboard. Carriers track their portfolio, auditors follow a guided mobile workflow, and policyholders upload documents and watch progress. AI parses documents, checks figures and sums, and drafts compliant reports. Audits move in days instead of weeks.
