Golancer gives freelancers and small agencies one place to run their business. It combines projects and tasks, a client CRM, Stripe invoicing, and meeting booking. AI daily priorities tell you what to do next, so you stop juggling six separate apps. Built on Bubble for fast iteration.
The problem we set out to solve.
Freelancers ran on four to six separate apps, losing two to four hours a week just switching.
Invoicing was manual and error-prone, with no built-in payments.
Client history and communication were never centralized.
There was no view into project profitability or time-versus-cost.
Workday planning was reactive, with no AI help to prioritize tasks.
Clients could not self-schedule against a live calendar.
Operations broke down past five to eight clients.
What success needed to look like
- Replace four to six scattered tools with one place to run the freelance business.
- Invoicing and payments happen without manual chasing.
- Freelancers know which projects are actually profitable.
- Clients can book time directly against a live calendar, with zero back-and-forth.
How we delivered it.
- 01
Diagnose
Traced where freelancers lost hours each week: switching tools, chasing invoices, and planning blind with no view of project profit.
- 02
Design
Designed one back office around the freelancer's actual day: dashboard, CRM, invoicing, projects and tasks, and booking.
- 03
Build
Built the platform on Bubble. Stripe powers the invoice engine, Google Calendar syncs two-way, and OpenAI writes daily task priorities and forecasts.
- 04
Launch
Shipped through Bubble's version history and branches, with a dedicated test mode. The booking page and invoice engine went live without disturbing client work.
- 05
Run
Iterated on the AI features (daily priorities, forecasts, context-aware ranking) as freelancers took on more clients than manual tools allowed.
What we built.
You get a responsive Bubble web app that acts as a full operational back-office. It brings together a dashboard with AI daily priorities, a client CRM, and a Stripe-powered invoice engine. Projects and tasks sync two-way with Google Calendar. A meeting scheduler offers a public booking page. Proposals, OpenAI-powered insights, time tracking, and an admin panel round it out. Clients book themselves through the public page, so scheduling friction drops to zero.
- SyncProjects, tasks, and Google Calendar events pull into one dashboard.
- RankOpenAI scores what is overdue, billable, or client-facing.
- ForecastThe model projects the week's workload against booked hours.
- SurfaceThe freelancer opens the dashboard to a ranked list, not a blank day.
The ranking runs again every time a task, invoice, or booking changes — the list on screen is never stale.
