Overview

Many field-service companies really run two businesses at once. Canvassing teams knock doors and win new customers. Ops teams schedule recurring routes and do the work. The two usually live in different software, so door outcomes sit in notebooks or a knocking app while routes, invoices, photos, and reviews sit somewhere else. ZyloBase was built to kill that handoff. Hashlogics helped build it.

The challenge

The problem we set out to solve.

01

Door-to-door work produced leads, but those outcomes never became CRM and route data on their own.

02

Without a shared territory view, two reps could knock the same address without knowing.

03

Normal CRMs pin history to the customer, even though the property keeps its service history when people move.

04

A customer sold at the door still had to be moved into a recurring schedule by hand.

05

Owners paid separately for canvassing, CRM, photos, reviews, AI texting, accounting sync, and reports.

What success needed to look like

  • Give reps a fast mobile workflow at the door.
  • Keep service and knock history on the property itself.
  • Show territory coverage and cut duplicate knocks.
  • Turn interested prospects into recurring routes without retyping data.
  • Connect invoices, payments, reviews, QuickBooks, pay, and reports.
  • Keep working where the signal is weak.
Our approach

How we delivered it.

  1. 01

    Start in the field

Centered the flow on what a rep needs at the door. Logging an outcome had to beat writing it down.

  2. 02

Make the property a core record

Treated the address as long-lived history, not a field on the current customer.

  3. 03

    Connect sales to operations

Removed the handoff between an interested door knock and a recurring-route customer.

  4. 04

    Bring field tools together

Built quotes, photos, texts, reviews, payments, accounting sync, pay, and reports on the same data.

  5. 05

    Design for field reality

Shipped the product as an offline-capable mobile PWA, so reps keep working without dependable Wi-Fi.

The solution

What we built.

ZyloBase joins a canvassing CRM and recurring route management in one app. At the center sits Address History, which keeps service records on the property itself, so context survives when a customer moves or a new owner takes over. A rep knocks, logs the outcome from the phone with GPS, and supervisors see territory activity live. An interested property moves straight into recurring service through RouteConvert, with no separate route system.

Address History: past service, notes, outcomes, and photos kept on the property
RouteConvert: a door knock becomes a recurring route in one step
KnockGuard and KnockSync: territory awareness, DNC handling, and live supervisor sync
QuoteMap: measure roofs, driveways, and gutters straight from the map
Zyla: an AI helper for inbound texts that hands judgment calls to a person
PerfectShot before/after photos and ReviewLoop automated Google reviews
Invoicing, Stripe payments, and a customer payment portal
Two-way QuickBooks sync, team pay, and job costing reports
Offline-capable mobile PWA with SMS automation and its own Twilio number
ZyloBase homepage listing the trades it serves, from pressure washing to solar sales
Built for the trades that knock: pressure washing, pest control, window cleaning, lawn care, solar.

The takeaway

ZyloBase solves a problem the software categories created. Winning a customer at the door and serving that property every month are not separate workflows. They are one revenue cycle, and this product joins that cycle around one property record.
